At The Reader Nest, we value our students’ time as well as our teachers’. To ensure smooth and effective learning for all, we have the following cancellation guidelines in place:
Group Classes
1. No cancellations are allowed for group classes once the batch has started.
2. Missed classes in a group setting will not be rescheduled or refunded.
3. Parents are encouraged to ensure regular attendance for best results.
Individual (One-on-One) Classes
A class will be considered cancelled only if the parent informs us at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled time.
Cancellation must be communicated via WhatsApp to your assigned parent relationship manager.
No intimation or last-minute cancellations will result in the class being marked as completed, and it will not be rescheduled or compensated.
Rescheduling Policy for Individual Classes
If informed 4+ hours in advance, the class will be rescheduled as per mutual availability.
Frequent cancellations or rescheduling may impact the overall learning pace and will be reviewed by our team.
