No General Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds under normal circumstances, including:
Change of mind
Scheduling issues
Missed or unattended classes
Partially completed courses
Once enrolled, all payments are non-refundable.
Refunds Are Only Applicable in the Following Cases:
1. Service Not Provided by The Reader Nest
2. No Visible Improvement After Course Completion
If the parent completes the course in full and feels there is 0% visible progress, they may request a refund, subject to review by our academic team.
The following conditions must be met:
1. 100% class attendance 2. All homework and activities completed
3. Final assessment completed
4. Request submitted within 7 days of course completion

Approved refunds will be processed within 20–25 working days via the original mode of payment.
