CANCELLATION POLICY
Group Classes
- No cancellations are permitted once a group batch has commenced.
- Missed group classes are not rescheduled or refunded.
- Parents are encouraged to maintain regular attendance.
One-to-One Classes
- Cancellation must be communicated at least two hours before the scheduled class.
- The cancellation should be communicated through WhatsApp to the assigned Parent Relationship Manager.
- Without the required notice, the class may be treated as completed and will not be rescheduled or compensated.
- A properly cancelled session may be added at the end of the course.
- Rescheduling is not otherwise available.
