Except for eligible claims covered under the stated Money-Back Guarantee, fees paid towards enrolment, course registration, classes, learning materials, administrative charges or other services are non-refundable and non-transferable.

No exceptions apply beyond the conditions stated in the Money-Back Guarantee.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Group Classes

• No cancellations are permitted once a group batch has commenced.
• Missed group classes are not rescheduled or refunded.
• Parents are encouraged to maintain regular attendance.

One-to-One Classes

• Cancellation must be communicated at least two hours before the scheduled class.
• The cancellation should be communicated through WhatsApp to the assigned Parent Relationship Manager.
• Without the required notice, the class may be treated as completed and will not be rescheduled or compensated.
• A properly cancelled session may be added at the end of the course.
• Rescheduling is not otherwise available.
